Returns & Refunds

Every item at Personalized Vault is made to order with your name, monogram, date or message. Because personalized items can't be resold, all personalized orders are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange or refund once production has started.

Your proof comes first

Before we engrave anything, we email you a digital proof of your personalization at no charge. Production begins only after you approve it. Please check spelling, dates, names and layout carefully. Once a proof is approved, we engrave exactly what was approved.

If something goes wrong, we make it right

We'll remake your item at no cost to you if:

It arrives damaged or broken in transit, or
The personalization doesn't match the proof you approved (our error), or
The item has a manufacturing defect.

Contact us at orders@inknetch.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Please keep the item and packaging until your claim is resolved. If a remake isn't possible (for example, the item is discontinued), we'll offer a comparable item or a full refund to your original payment method.

What isn't covered

Errors in text that you approved on your proof
Change of mind or ordering the wrong item, size or color
Natural variation in materials, such as wood grain, marble veining or color tone, which makes each piece unique
Damage from misuse, dishwasher use where hand washing is recommended, or normal wear
