These Terms of Service govern your use of personalizedvault.com and any purchase you make from Personalized Vault ("we", "us", "our"), located at 5201 Highway 6, Suite 575, Missouri City, TX 77459. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders and personalization

You're responsible for the accuracy of the personalization text, names, dates, spelling, logos and artwork you submit. We provide a digital proof before production. Your approval of the proof authorizes us to produce the item exactly as shown. Proofs are digital representations, and the final engraved appearance may vary slightly in size, depth and contrast depending on the material.

2. Content you submit

By submitting text, logos or images, you confirm you have the right to use them and that they don't infringe anyone's trademark, copyright or other rights. We may decline any order whose content we consider offensive, unlawful or infringing. Declined orders are refunded in full.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order placed at an incorrect price because of a typographical or system error. Payment is due at checkout. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

4. Product information

We try to display products, colors and dimensions accurately. Natural materials such as wood, marble, slate and leather vary in grain, color and pattern, and no two pieces are identical. Dimensions are approximate.

5. Production, shipping and returns

Production times, shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms. Personalized items are final sale except as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Corporate and bulk orders

Volume and corporate orders may be subject to separate quotes, minimums, proof rounds and timelines agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including missed event dates caused by carrier delays.
